The United States government has blacklisted an Islamist militia in Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of Congo as foreign terrorist organisations.
The militias are accused of having links to a jihadist movement known as the Islamic State which has a violent ideology. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
