Security Council extends mandate of United Nations Mission in South Sudan


The United Nations Security Council has extended the mandate of the UN Mission in South Sudan until 15 March 2022.

The Security Council is demanding that all parties to the conflict in South Sudan and other armed actors stop fighting and engage in political dialogue.
