NATO and the European Union will need to work together to counter Russia's "aggression abroad, and repression at home" says NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
He was joined by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at NATO headquarters in Brussels, who's visiting Europe to reaffirm America's commitment to its allies.
