The shipment of tens of millions of doses of the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine has been halted.
This after workers at a US plant manufacturing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and the AstraZeneca vaccine accidentally mixed up the vaccines' ingredients.
