A study into the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines has found a single Pfizer or AstraZenica jab stopped 62% of infections in care homes in England. Thousands of care home residents have died with coronavirus over the course of the pandemic. These latest findings are being seen as further evidence vaccines are effective at reducing the spread of the virus. Laura Makin-Isherwood reports.
