Police in the Democratic Republic of Congo have arrested a Belarusian businessman in connection with an illegal arms deal that he is alleged to have been carrying out.
Alexander Zingman was arrested on Wednesday after meeting with former DRC president Joseph Kabila. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
