US FDA: J&J Covid-19 vaccine effective against severe cases

The US Food and Drug Administration says Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19
vaccine is effective at lowering the risk of hospitalization or death.

The FDA could now approve the single-shot dose as early as Saturday,
making it America's third approved vaccine.
