US brands Iran nuclear enrichment plan " a threat"

The United States says comments by Iran's Supreme Leader that the
country could increase uranium enrichment to 60% sound "like a
threat".

But the US State department spokesman Ned Price says Washington
doesn't plan to "lash out" in response.
