Stimulus and retail sales in focus this week on Wall Street [Preview]

With earnings season winding down traders on Wall Street this week
will be focusing on the progress of a $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief
package.

Democrats hope the stimulus proposal will be signed into law by mid-March.
