New Olympic Minister: Vaccination isn't necessary to host the games

The new minister for the Tokyo Olympic Games, Tamayo Marukawa, says that vaccination isn't a necessity for the games to go ahead. It comes as Japan struggles with its vaccine rollout - which only began last week. Emi O'Connor reports from Tokyo.
