Ministers have announced plans aimed at avoiding a repeat of last year's exams row in England due to disruption to education from covid-19.
Teachers will be given wide flexibility to determine A-level and GCSE results based on a range of evidence.
Grades will be issued earlier than usual to allow time for any appeals.
