Hong Kong's national security education guidelines spark controversy

Democracy campaigners in Hong Kong are condemning new government guidelines for teaching the National Security Law in schools. Pupils must now be taught the basics of the legislation from the age of six. 

The government says the scheme will promote a safe learning environment. Critics are dismissing it as brainwashing.
