Hong Kong's largest teachers' union is criticising government plans to force staff to take regular COVID-19 tests, in order for schools to be allowed to fully reopen. The Education Bureau says it's the safest way to manage a return to full classroom teaching. But the union says teachers are being unfairly singled out.
