Captain Sir Tom Moore has died with coronavirus, aged 100.
The British Army veteran won the nation's hearts by walking 100 laps of his garden before his centennial birthday to raise money for the National Health Service.
Having set out to raise just £1000, he ended up inspiring £33m in donations last year.
Benji Hyer looks back at the impact he made across the globe.
