AUSTRALIA: Gay Conversion therapy now banned in the state of Victoria

The Australian state of Victoria has passed legislation to ban LGBTIQ+
conversion therapy within the state.
The bill passed without any amendments in the State's Upper House, 27
votes to nine and will become law.
This is despite some tensions within the Opposition and concerns from
some religious leaders.
