"A legacy of poor decisions" before and during the pandemic is to blame for Britain having one of the worst death rates in the world, according to a series of leading scientists and public health experts.
Their comments come after Prime Minister Boris Johnson offered his apologies and condolences to everyone who's lost a loved one, as the UK's Covid-19 death toll passed the 100,000 mark.
