Uganda has put in its application for the COVID-19 vaccine from the Drugmaker AstraZeneca.
The Ministry of Health says the application has been accepted by the Global Alliance for Vaccine.
AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine has already received emergency approval and is being used in countries like the UK.
