Japan virus surge leaves 15,000 on waiting lists for hospitals or accommodation

A new survey by Kyodo news has found that at least 15,000 people were on waiting lists for a hospital or designated accommodation after testing positive for coronavirus earlier this month. Public health centres have been swamped with a surge in cases, with 11 prefectures under a state of emergency. Grace Lee has more.
