Hong Kong government considers more COVID-19 lockdowns

The Hong Kong government says it may enforce more lockdowns, after temporarily shutting down a high-risk COVID-19 district at the weekend. Mass compulsory testing of more than 7,000 residents there identified 13 new cases of the virus. All those who tested positive are now in quarantine, along with their recent close contacts.
