Germany's Health Minister has warned the country's tough coronavirus restrictions won't be lifted anytime soon as authorities battle to contain a winter resurgence of the disease.
While Germany won global praise for its handling of the crisis at the beginning of the pandemic, it now finds itself ensnared in a second wave that has left the hospital system struggling to keep up.
