Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats Speaker of the House of Representatives, says impeachment proceedings against President Trump will begin on Monday in connection with last Wednesday's deadly rampage incited by the President on Capitol Hill.
The move puts President Trump at risk of becoming the first President ever to have been impeached twice.
