Biden expected to cancel Keystone pipeline on day one

Canadian media are reporting that U.S. President-Elect Joe Biden plans to cancel a major oil pipeline project on his first day in office. The Canadian section of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline is already partly built after being greenlit by Donald Trump. Julia Chapman has more.
