U.S. stocks struggle for direction with stimulus again in focus

There was little change for the major U.S. indexes Wednesday after the Nasdaq and S&P 500 notched record highs the day before.

But it was a good day of trading for Pfizer after the UK became the first nation to approve its vaccine.
