US files lawsuits against Facebook demanding company break-up

The US government and 48 states have filed lawsuits accusing Facebook
of crushing competition by buying rivals in its quest for social media
dominance.

Regulators are demanding Facebook separates itself from Instagram and
WhatsApp as well as limiting potential future deals.
