US accuses Vietnam and Switzerland of currency manipulation

The US government has labelled Vietnam and Switzerland "currency manipulators".

It's also added a number of Asian countries to its watch list, saying
it suspects India, Thailand and Taiwan of trying to devalue their
currencies against the US dollar.
