Traders eye stimulus and vaccine rollout in week ahead [PREVIEW]

Traders on Wall Street this week will be keeping a close eye on
progress of the U.S. Covid-19 vaccine rollout.

And the markets will also be waiting to see whether Congress can
strike a deal on another coronavirus relief bill.
