Russia's Deputy Prime Minister says the number of those who died from Covid-19, or its effects, is three times higher than the officially reported death toll.
Russia has seen 230,000 more deaths than expected in a normal year - and Deputy PM Tatiana Golikova says more than 80% of those are associated with Covid-19.
