Non-essential shops reopen in Belgium as coronavirus infections decline

Non-Essential shops are reopening in Belgium on Tuesday after a month's closure. 

Restaurants, bars, cafes and gym are remaining closed until the new year. 

It comes as Belgium's coronavirus figures continue to improve.
