Hong Kong civil servants pressured to sign "oath of allegiance"

Hong Kong's civil servants have been given a month to sign a new "oath of allegiance" to the city, or potentially face being sacked. The government says the oath is a "basic responsibility" for public servants, but critics say it's an attempt to stifle dissent.
