EU member states seek to develop plans to allow UK traffic to resume

Most EU countries including France and Germany have imposed bans on travel from the UK over concerns about a new, more infectious variant of Covid-19 which originated in southern England. 

Officials are meeting in both the UK and the EU to discuss how to establish cross-border traffic.
