Regulators in China have slapped fines on Alibaba, Tencent-backed China Literature and Shenzhen Hive Box of 500,000 yuan ($76,464) each for failing to report on past deals properly.
It comes as a warning to tech titans, likely to face increased scrutiny over monopolistic practices.
