A leading infectious diseases expert has called for the Australian government to be cautious in its approach to Pfizer Biontecs covid vaccine.
The news that the UK health secretary has granted approval for the use of the vaccine has been welcomed in Australia but Professor Dale Fisher from Singapores National University hospital says
Australia should be adopting a considered approach to the take up off the vaccine.
