Wall Street reacts to new US coronavirus restrictions

The Dow dropped more than 345 pointes with a steep sell off shortly
before trading closed on Wednesday.

Wall Street's reaction to more positive vaccine developments was
tempered by the introduction of new coronavirus related restrictions
in the US.
