UK PM'S ADVISER TO QUIT

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's senior adviser says he plans to quit by the end of the year.

Dominic Cummings says reports of his imminent resignation are 'invented' but it comes amid reports of ongoing tensions inside Downing Street.

Another close ally of the Prime Minister announced earlier in the week he would be standing down.

The Opposition Labour Party have called the infighting in government 'pathetic', while it should be dealing with a pandemic.

Former Boris Johnson spokesman Guto Harri says Dominic Cummings will be remembered for many things - including driving across the country to isolate during Britain's first covid lockdown.
