UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is coming under fire after he described the devolution of powers from London to governments in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as 'a disaster'.
On a call with Conservative MPs, he said the policy was "Tony Blair's biggest mistake".
Downing Street says Mr Johnson was referring to his concerns about the rise of nationalism and separatism.
But SNP MP Angus Macneil says it shows Scotland would be better off independent.
