SUGGESTED LEAD
Uganda's Electoral Commission has nominated the country's incumbent President Yoweri Museveni to participate as a candidate in the 2021 Presidential Elections.
Mr. Museveni, who is the flag bearer for his National Resistance Movement Party has been in power since 1986, following a five-year guerrilla warfare.
