The outcome of America's Presidential election hangs in the balance after President Trump declared victory even though critical votes have not been counted yet in some of the key battleground states.
Joe Biden is insisting all the votes must be counted before the election's winner can be declared.
But as our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks reports, the President is threatening to take legal action in a bid to stop the process.
