Obama to rally African American voters in Florida

Polls show Joe Biden with a slight lead in Florida, where the state's
29 electoral votes make it a treasured prize for presidential
candidates on their way to the White House.

But despite an early rush to vote amongst registered Democrats,
Republicans have been slowly catching up.
