Kremlin hits out at U.S. withdrawal from Open Skies treaty

The Kremlin says the Open Skies treaty will lose viability after the U.S. withdrew from the agreement. The U.S. presidential administration accused Russia of violating the deal, which allows 34 countries to carry out surveillance flights over each other's territory. Julia Chapman has more.
