Joe Biden confirms if he is elected he will take US back into Paris Climate agreement

Joe Biden has confirmed that if he is elected US president he will take the country back into landmark Paris Climate agreement.

The Democratic presidential challenger made the remarks after the US officially left the accord on November 4.
