Japan goes on maximum alert with record COVID-19 cases

Japan's Prime Minister says the country is on 'maximum alert', after reporting a record breaking 2,300 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday. Tokyo saw 534 infections, topping 500 cases for the first time since the pandemic began. Grace Lee brings us more from the capital.
