Boris Johnson has spoken with Joe Biden and "warmly congratulated" the US President-elect on his election victory.
The UK Prime Minister said in a tweet that he "looks forward to strengthening the partnership between our countries" and to working with Mr Biden on trade, security and tackling climate change.
