Biden sees paths to victory

Joe Biden is hopeful he could be named as the projected winner in the
US presidential race in the coming hours.

Votes are still being counted in Nevada, Pennsylvania and Georgia - a
win in one of those states could be enough to seal victory.

Nick Harper is in Mr Biden's hometown of Wilmington, Delaware where
the former vice president is awaiting a result.
