Biden campaigns in Ohio and must-win Pennsylvania, canvassing black support

On the last full day of campaigning Joe Biden is visiting Ohio and
Pennsylvania in a final push for support.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway in his home city of Wilmington,
Delaware where Mr Biden will spend tomorrow night as the results come
in.
