US rivals campaign hard one week before Election Day

US presidential rivals Donald Trump and Joe Biden are making multiple
campaign stops a week out from the November 3rd election day.

Around 65 million Americans have already voted, about half of all the
votes counted 4 years ago - prompting predictions of historic turnout
this election.
