Supreme Court hurts Trump, ruling vote count extensions allowed

The US Supreme Court has dealt a blow to President Donald Trump ruling
that the states of Pennsylvania and North Carolina can extend the
deadline to count mail-in ballots.

The US Postal Service is warning votes posted now are unlikely to be
delivered by Tuesday's Election Day.
