Russia reports record COVID-19 cases and deaths

Russia has recorded a daily high of 17,717 new coronavirus cases as well as a record 366 related deaths in the past 24 hours. It comes as regional hospitals in the country are being overwhelmed by the virus and filling up to capacity. Julia Chapman has more.
