INTERNATIONAL COURT NAMES ASSESSORS IN DRC-UGANDA CASE

The UN's International Court of Justice has named an independent team to assess compensation of claims by the Democratic Republic of Congo against Uganda's armed forces. The two countries had failed to reach an out of court settlement in which the DRC sought $10 billion. Leon Solomon reports from Kampala
