India inches closer to 8 million COVID 19 cases

Health experts say this is the first sign of India's COVID 19 curve flattening, but there are concerns of cases spiking during the festive season.

India added over 43,000 new cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total caseload to over 7.99 million in the world's second-worst infected country.
