A report into allegations of anti-Semitism in the UK's main opposition Labour Party has found it was "responsible for unlawful acts of harassment and discrimination."
The Equality and Human Rights Commission, or EHRC, also unveiled "serious failings" in Labour's leadership in addressing anti-Semitism.
